WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

Return are accepted within 21 days from the date of purchase providing the item(s) are unused, include all tags and box has not been opened.

Please note due to health concerns, items that have been opened and/or tried on are not eligible for refund.

 

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN ?

Simply Email single@singleunderwear.com to start the process.

For U.S. orders, we offer free return postage. For all international orders, including Canadian orders, return postage is not provided.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED ?

Once your return is received and inspected please allow no more than five business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your refund as fast as possible, but please bear in mind that depending on your credit card company, there may be an additional amount of time before the already approved credit is reflected in your account.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT ?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at single@singleunderwear.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible
